Watching the inauguration and doubtless some will call the speech “political bollocks” and yes we have heard the one-nation talk in vain from U.K. politicos too, but it does genuinely feel like a breath of fresh air compared to the strife and division of the past four years. Here’s hoping……..

A simple walk

So today was our “bread and butter” walk, paved surface throughout and the one we do most just to get some fresh air! It’s about 6.38 km and burned 410Kal Time : 1:17:13 | Ave speed : 12.06 km/h
